Built 1847, Saloon Dubay is the oldest standing tavern in Marathon County, WI. While many changes have taken place over the years, some things will never change. The original saloon was built to provide a meeting place for the community as well as a much needed rest stop for weary travelers, and provided many a Saturday night on the town for lumberjacks and river pilots. Located on the shores of Lake Dubay, Saloon DuBay continues to be all of this and more! Pay a visit to our
history page to learn about the rich past of the area and view our vast collection of old photos from those "simpler times".

Our
events page offers up-to-date local fishing reports along with area event listings and our own entertainment schedule. You will also find links to other area businesses, organizations and points of interest in the Central Wisconsin area.
Check out our extensive
menus, With everything from delicious
appetizers and
sandwiches to
prime steaks and seafood, if you can't find something here to satisfy your hunger, well, you must not be very hungry! Our Penokee Range style
Pizza is said by many to be the best they've ever had, and should well be, as the ingredients are hand picked for quality and freshness by our chefs. Stop in on Fridays to experience our famous Friday fish fry, a local tradition and a perfect start to your weekend fishing trip!
Equally impressive is our selection of fine wine and spirits. Our wine list consists of wines carefully chosen to complement your meal and make your dining experience extra special. Over 100 liquors grace our back bar, assuring that when your whistle needs wetting, we'll have what you want. But what we are most proud of is our extensive selection of
micro-brews and import beers. Saloon Dubay offers no less that 70 domestic, import and microbrews at any given time. We offer many beers brewed right here in Wisconsin; lagers, pilsners, ales and porters much like those that were likely served here in the 1800's. Countless hours have been spent by the staff tasting the brews that are lucky enough to make our list. (It's a dirty job, but someone has to do it!)
